Confirmation of Booking

Once you have made a provisional booking you will receive a booking form detailing arrangements and costs for your event. This should be signed and returned together with a deposit of 50% of the total package price. We will confirm receipt of this by e-mail.

Cancellation

Clearly Sladen Lodge will accommodate any alterations that do not have significant impact. If however any changes have a detrimental financial impact on Sladen Lodge the following scale of charges will be made if an event is cancelled or dates altered at short notice.

Cancellation 4-8 weeks prior to event 50% due

Cancellation within 4 weeks of the event 100% due

We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time if the house is subject to circumstances beyond our control before you arrive e.g. flood, fire, or is unable to be occupied for any reason for the date you have booked.

Settlement Terms

Payment is due in two instalments:

- 50% in advance with signed booking form
- Balance due within 14 days of the event.

A VAT invoice will be issued on the first day of your event and payment is requested within 14 days of this date. By making a reservation and signing the booking form you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
