A newly available large property has been launched for holiday lets. Sladen (next door to Sladen Lodge) is a large Victorian family home and is available from July 2008 for groups of up to 14 people. Situated in a large private garden with spectacular views Sladen would be suitable for families or groups of friends wanting to get away from it all in lovely surroundings.

An open day held at Sladen Lodge to attract new business has done just that! Some familiar faces attended the day, together with some new ones who have offered potential business in the new year. An enjoyable and beneficial day was had by all attendees.

Sladen Lodge hosts its second successful networking day attended by a wide variety of people from different business backgrounds. The group of 25 were gripped by the inspirational talk by Jamie Andrew, a mountaineer who lost his hands and feet in a horrific accident www.jamieandrew.com. Despite it only being the second networking day it has already resulted in new business for some attendees and plenty of problem solving ideas for many.
